this was the best I saw - Mardi Gras with Michael Doucet ( BeauSoleil opened ) giving it that cajun feel

Strat, I'll have to listen later today. Is that 10 minute running time accurate or does it include tuning? Just curious.

also many folks are high on this version. Not sure if it's because of the mid first set placement or the fact that garcia actually moves a bit on stage. I wouldn't say greatest but it has that spring 1987 energy and the crowd response helps.

Grateful Dead Live at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum on 1991-10-27 -santana and gary duncan play on iko iko- mona sequence. the whole jam lasts about 27 minutes before going into drums and space. for added measure hornsby is also along for the ride. one of my favorite jams from the latter era.
